On 20.7.2012, Mr. Sumit Gupta, Advocate had filed his power of attorney on behalf of the petitioner and prayed for some time to argue the matter. No body appeared on 4.9.2012 and 21.9.2012 when last opportunity was given. Even today, no body has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
