Section 5(a) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Transmission/Distribution of Electricity Under MYT Framework) Regulations, 2009
(a)The Commission will process the licensee's filings under MYT framework in accordance with these Regulations read with TNERC conduct of Business Regulations.
