(1)Any officer empowered by the State Government in this behalf including the assessing authority, may for the purpose of this Act, require any dealer to produce before him the accounts and any other documents, and to furnish any information relating to the stocks purchases, sale and deliveries of schedules goods by the dealer and also any other information relating to his business.
