Section 1 in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions.
