Section 85(1) in Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is, in good faith, done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Chapter or any order made in pursuance of any of those provisions.
