1. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s)-Corporation submits that the question of law raised in the present bunch of petitions has already been decided by this Court in CWP-4165-2019 titled as HSMITC Ltd and another vs. The Presiding Officer, Labour Court and another on 11.02.2025, and prays that the present bunch of petitions be also disposed of in terms of the said order.
2. Despite service, none appeared on behalf of the respondents.

Keeping in view the assertions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner(s)-Corporation, which have gone unrebutted, present petitions are disposed of in terms of order passed by this Court in CWP-4165-2019 titled as HSMITC Ltd and another vs. The Presiding Officer, Labour Court and another, on 11.02.2025.
