Section 20(3) in The Orissa Government Land Settlement Rules, 1983
(3)On receipt of the petitions of appeal the Additional District Magistrate shall acknowledge it and shall within a week of the expiry of appeal period, forward them along with the bid lists, order of the Commissioner, etc., in original giving his comments if any, to the Secretary to Government in the Revenue Department.
