Section 43 in Multi State Co-Operative Societies Act, 1984
43. Meetings of the Board.
(1)The Chief Executive shall convene the meetings of the board at the instance of the chairman or president of the multi-State co-operative society.(2)The total number of meetings of the board in a year and the venue of meetings may be such as may be prescribed.Provided that the Board shall meet at least once in every quarter.
