Section 53(1) in Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Election to Committee) Rules, 2014
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered the following to the Returning Officer at such places as the Returning Officer may direct,-(a)the ballot boxes ;(b)the ballot paper account ;(c)the sealed packets referred to in Rule 49 ; and(d)all other papers used at the poll.
