Section 51(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975
(1)The Board shall appoint the Vigilance Committee/s to overview the conduct of SSC/HSSC Examinations through the surprise visits to the centres/sub-centres of examinations and to check the malpractices, if any, adopted during the conduct of examination.
