Section 10 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
10.
(1)Unless the President in the exercise of his discretion shall deem shorter notice expedient in which case such notice shall be sent by telegram or other more expeditious means, in every case the notice shall be sent to each member.(2)The President, whenever it appears to him unnecessary to convene a meeting, may instead of so doing, circulate a written proposition with the reasons for such proposition for the observations and votes of the members of the Council.
