Section 19(1) in The Maharashtra Borstal Schools Rules, 1965
(1)The inmates of a school shall be divided by the Principal into the following grades :-(a)Grade I.(b)Grade II.(c)Grade III.(d)Penal Grade [(as provided in rule 26)] [Added by G. N. of 21.6.1972.].
