Section 7(a) in V. O. Chidambaranar Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedoring and Shore Handling Agents) Regulations, 2018
(a)Where the Stevedore Shore Handling is a partnership firm or a company it shall immediately communicate to the Chairman any change of the Director, Managing Director or partners, as the case may be with a copy of the document in support of such change.
