Section 10(1)(a) in Telangana Pawn Brokers Act, 2002

(a)A pawner alleging that the pawn ticket has been lost, mislaid, destroyed or stolen or fraudulently obtained from him, may apply to the Pawn Broker for the prescribed declaration form which the Pawn Broker shall deliver to him;
