1. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the issue(s) and the question(s) of law raised through this petition have been considered and decided on 27.11.2024 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in a bunch of petitions in which the lead case was CWP No.9426 of 2023 -

Shila Devi and others Versus State of Punjab and others.

2. In the light of the above, we dispose of this petition in terms of Shila Devi's case (supra) with the only modification that wherever in paragraphs 29 and 30 of the judgment in Shila Devi's case (supra) the 1 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 21-12-2024 04:44:25 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2024:PHHC:167326-DB CWP No.23020 of 2024 (O&M) reference is to the State of Punjab, the same be read as the Union of India/Indian Bank.

3. All pending miscellaneous application(s) also stand disposed of.
