Section 32(1) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)In a Cluster University there shall be a Board of Studies for a subject or subjects comprised in a faculty in accordance with the provisions as may be prescribed by the Regulations.
