Section 6(1) in Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982
(1)The Government may, by notification, establish a Board to be known by such name as may be specified in the notification for any scheduled employment in any area. One or more Boards may be appointed for one or more scheduled employments, and for one or more areas.
