(l)"Other Backward Classes" means the other Socially and educationally backward classes of citizens for the purposes of Article 15(5) of the Constitution of India and specified by the State Government vide its notification No. F 85-XXV-4-84, Dated 26th December, 1984 as amended from time to time;
