Section 94(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)No building permission shall be given over any sewer or drain or within Full Tank Level of a tank or surplus weir of tanks or any part of sewer or drain or upon any ground which has been covered, raised or levelled wholly or in part by road sweepings or other rubbish.
