Section 59 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
59. Inspection of account etc.
- Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act the Government may-(a)if it is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, cause an inspection to be made of the accounts of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration from time to time and may, for the conduct of such inspection, appoint in consultation with the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration such officer or officers as the Government may think fit, and(b)advise the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration on the accounts of that Sabha.
