Section 41 in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
41. Protection of action taken in good faith -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of thisAct, any rule, regulation or order made there under.
