Section 2(j) in Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 2007
(j)"Purchase Officer" means any authority or person appointed by the Food Corporation of India, or any authority or person appointed by the State Government as notified in the official gazette from time to time by the State Government;
