69. Communication of defects in audit to co-operative societies.
(1)If the result of the audit held under section 68 discloses any defects in the working of a co-operative society, the Registrar may bring such defects to the notice of the society and if the society is affiliated to another co-operative society, also to the notice of that other society.(2)The Registrar may make an order directing the society or its officers to take such action as may be specified in the order within the time mentioned therein to remedy the defects disclosed in the audit.
