Section 25(3) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Rules, 1960
(3)If any question arises whether any movement or activity falls within the scope of this [rule] [Substituted 'regulation' by Notification No. G.S.R. 459(E), dated 30.6.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] the decision of the [Board] [Substituted 'Corporation' by Notification No. G.S.R. 481(E), dated 7.7.2021 (w.e.f. 23.7.1960).] thereon shall be final [under these [rules] [Notified in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II section 3 sub-section (i) dated 13.12.1993.].]
