    Per Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (oral):

The instant petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief:

.
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this petition may kindly be allowed. The respondents may kindly be directed by issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to conduct impartial, proper and fair inquiry into the allegations put forth by the petitioner by way of complaints Annexure P­1 to P­3 and to take appropriate legal action against the wrong doers in time bound manner."

2. The respondents have now conducted the inquiry into the complaints, Annexures P­1 and P­3. Copy of the same has been placed on record alongwith reply filed by respondent No 2, as Annexure R­1.

3. In such situation, the instant petition has achieved its purpose and the same is disposed of accordingly.

4. However, we make it clear that if the petitioner and any other person is aggrieved by the findings concluded by the Inquiry Officer, he/she is at liberty to avail such remedy, as may be available to him/her, under the law.
