Section 9(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)The [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or any committee appointed under section 8 may associate with itself in such manner and for such purpose, as may be prescribed, any person whose assistance or advice it may require in performing any to its functions under this Act.
