Section 3(1) in Punjab Boiler Attendants Rules, 1961
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)'the Act', means the Indian Boilers Act, 1923 (V of 1923);(b)'Board' means the Board of Examiners constituted under rule 10 ;(c)' Section' means a section of the Act.
