Section 11(2) in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Employees Pension and Provident Fund Rules, 2000
(2)While making payment of pension, the Competent Authority shall be guided by the Punjab Treasury Rules, which shall apply mutatis mutandis to the pensioners under these rules.
