18. Certification and report to be furnished.
(1)Any person receiving financial assistance from the Foundation shall furnish certification and report to the Executive Council, in such form and manner and at such time as may be specified by the regulations.(2)The Executive Council may authorise an officer to visit any academic institutions, research and development laboratories, industries and other organisations with which the person referred to in sub-section (1) is associated, at any time to verify the accuracy of the certification or report made under this section.
