Section 6(vii) in The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board General Provident Fund Regulations, 2001
(vii)If a Trustee is unable to attend any meeting of the Board of Trustees, he may by a written instrument signed by him addressed to the Chairman of the Board for leave of absence.
