Section 3(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council Rules, 2017
(1)The Government shall establish at least one Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council (MSEFC). However, if the work so demands, Government may set up more Councils exercising such jurisdiction and for such area(s) as may be specified in the notification.
