Counsel for the petitioner is directed to add the wife of the deceased Mr. Brajesh Mishra, as party respondent no.4 in this case in course of the day.
Issue notice to newly added respondent no.4 under both processes ( Talwana with Goshwara and speed post with A/D) and the requisites etc., must be filed within 1 week.
Put up this case after 5 weeks i.e. on 27 th March, 2023 or prior thereto, upon service of notice to respondent no.4, whichever is earlier.
