Section 2(g) in Telangana Heritage (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Maintenance) Act, 2017
(g)"Preservation" means the maintenance necessary in order to maintain the Heritage structure building/site/precincts in its present state so as to prevent and retard any further deterioration from its present state;
