Section 46(1) in Goa Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(1)All general meetings of a society, excepting the first general meeting, shall be convened by the chief executive or any other officer authorised by and under the bye-laws to convene such meeting under intimation to the auditor who may attend such meetings.
