Section 57(v) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State
(v)When proper application for a transfer certificate is received at the end of a term or in the interval between two terms or in the first five working days of a term, the Headmaster shall forthwith issue the certificate provided that his claim has been satisfied.
