. Mr.Shah, learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant has expired but Family Court Appeal still survives and seeks time to file an Interim Application for bringing legal heirs of the original Appellant on record and setting aside the Order of abetment, if any, within one week from today.
2. If the interim application is filed, copy thereof shall be served upon the Respondent's Advocate simultaneously. Respondent would be at liberty to file an affidavit in reply to the interim application within two weeks thereafter with a copy to be served upon the Applicant's advocate simultaneously.
