(1)This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Police Act, 2007.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Uttarakhand and to the Police force of the State deployed outside the State, except the Revenue Police Area.(3)It shall come into force on the date as the State, except the Revenue Police Area
