(3)On receipt of such application, or when the Registrar is proceeding under Rule 82 the Recovery Officer shall verify the correctness and genuineness of the particulars set forth in the application with the records, if any, in the office of the Registrar and prepare a demand notice in writing in duplicate in the form specified by Registrar setting forth the name of the defaulter and the amount due and forward it to the Sale Officer.
