Section 17(2) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(2)The Secretary of the State Advisory Committee -(i)shall assist the chairperson of such committee in convening meetings of the committee;(ii)may attend the meetings of such committee but not .entitled to vote at such meetings;(iii)shall keep a record of the minutes of the meetings of such committee; and(iv)shall take necessary measures to carry out the decisions taken at the meetings of such committee.
