Section 12(1) in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the principal academic and executive officer of the University. lie shall be responsible for the development of academic programmes of the University. He shall oversee and monitor the administration of the academic programmes and general administration of the University to ensure efficiency and good order of the University.
