ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned Advocate Ms. Hani Raval for learned Advocate Mr. Maulik M. Soni for the petitioner and learned AGP Mr. Jayneel Parikh for the respondent-State.
2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks a limited indulgence, inasmuch as an application under the provisions of Gujarat Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 2020 not having been decided by the authorities, appropriate directions are requested.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP, the following directions to this Court would meet with the ends of justice.
