Section 75(2) in THE BRUHAT BENGALURU MAHANAGARA PALIKE ACT, 2020
(2)The Constituency Consultative Committee shall consist of the following membersnamely:-(a)Member of the legislative Assembly from that Assembly Constituencywho shall be the Chairperson;(b)the Corporation Councillors of all wards in that assembly constituency;(c)not more than five resident association representatives of the AssemblyConstituency nominated by the Chairperson with the approval of theGovernment.
