64. Appointment of first Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 15, the first Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the State Government, as soon as practicable after the passing of this Act, for a period not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
