Section 19(a) in West Bengal Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Rules, 2004
(a)rent for kuccha structure used for domestic purpose, shall be payable at the rate of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees ten) per katha per month; where the prevailing rate is higher it will continue;
