Section 27 in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
27. Refund of fees.
- Candidates once admitted to an examination under these rules shall not be entitled to any refund of fees. When a candidate is unavoidably absents from the examination on the date fixed, the Chairman may allow him to appear without payment of a second fee at the next examination.
