(9)Every trader using any weight or measure in any transaction shall issue a bill or receipt showing details of quantity of goods sale or purchase and the amount charged for the goods etc., to every consumer.Provided that the Controller, Legal Metrology may specify the applicability of this sub-rule to any trade or transaction in any area from time to time.
