Section 9(1) in The Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Conduct of Business Regulations, 2004
(1)The Secretary is the Principal Officer of the Commission and shall perform such functions as are assigned to him by these regulations or otherwise by the Commission or the Chairperson.
