Section 60A in Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961
60A. [ Certain definitions for the purposes of this Chapter. [Inserted by section 2(10) of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Reduction of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1970 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1970) which was deemed to have come into force on the 15th February 1970.]
- In the Chapter, "date of the publication of this Act" and "notified date" shall, respectively, mean "the 2nd May 1962" and "the 2nd October 1962"]
