196. Municipality to provide water-supply, drainage and lighting.
- Subject to rules as may be prescribed and in accordance with sanction granted under such rules the Municipality shall-(a)provide sufficient supply of water for the domestic use of the inhabitant;(b)provide and maintain a sufficient system of drainage and conservancy; and(c)cause the public roads to be sufficiently lighted.
