Section 17 in The Central Advisory Committee For Lighthouses (Procedural) Rules, 1976
17. Quorum.
(1)The quorum for a meeting shall be five.(2)If at any time there is no quorum, the meeting of the Committee shall be adjourned to a later date, such date being not earlier than fourteen days from the date of the original meeting and business may be transacted at the adjourned meeting whether or not there is quorum.
